App distribution

The Whisprompt app is distributed via Apple’s App Store and Google Play. Apple Distribution International Ltd. acts as the merchant of record / commissionaire for App Store sales in the EU; for Google Play, Google acts as the merchant of record where applicable. Payment, billing and refunds for purchases are handled by the respective store under its media-services terms.

Neewer is a trademark of its respective owner. Whisprompt is an independent product and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of them. References to compatibility are descriptive only (nominative use).

Disputes

The European Commission’s ODR platform closed on 20 July 2025, when Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 — the rule that required a link to it here — was repealed by Regulation (EU) 2024/3228. There is no successor platform to point you to. We are not obliged and generally not willing to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, but will always try to resolve issues directly — email us first.
